HOW DO WE WORK?

We keep track of every request (in Microsoft Dynamics 365). You can always count on correct and consistent handling of your request. The Service Desk is aware of all current customer projects and can, if necessary, call on the expertise of the entire Net IT team. The Service Desk works in close collaboration with the technical team and the quality unit so that they can answer your questions. The Service Desk regularly informs the quality management team about the cases. In this way we continuously strive for improvement.

DYNAMICS 365 UPDATE MANAGEMENT

Microsoft launches a new release of Dynamics 365 every 6 months. This way you are always up to date with the latest version. But this advantage also has a drawback. A technical upgrade may cause some functions to break and, in the worst case, temporarily prevent your people from working us usual. Prevention is always better than the cure. That is why Net IT offers you a Dynamics 365 Update Management contract. Net IT monitors updates of Dynamics 365 for you and delivers a report of the impact of each update. In this report, we also list any adjustments that are necessary for the upgrade of your business application to continue to run smoothly.

MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING
